Albert Torcaso Presents his friend words of inspiration Joanie's wonderful healing words help me start the healing.

My friend Joanie Jaye, wrote to me about my dad's death and her words are words of healing and helps me to reflect on the time I spent with my father Albert R. Goldsmith.

Hey there:

There are no words to describe how deeply saddened I am due to the passing of your wonderful dad. I must tell you though that joy will flow when you remember the good times. Your father has seen the good in you and know that you are his child. He knows that you have adopted his principles and have use them to be one of the best man in history. He knows that you can handle things now, because you turned out to be what he instilled in you to be so he believes he could go on now and leave you to manage well.

it is men like you who we can say are representatives of good leadership and good role model to all other men both young and old.

Let me congratulate you for being a good steward of this century and this nation, and yes of course nations to come. It all comes down to be, because of a job so well demonstrated by a wonderful father and friend. He was remarkable and I know because you shared some of those wonderful values with me.

He has gone on before but he trained you to be a one of a kind gentleman with love honesty caring principles and a genuine nature .

Let me be the first to say heads up to you, as an honor for being the best man to be alive. It is so good that you are still passing on the good deeds of your wonderful one of a kind daddy. It is men like you who we need in this world to lead this generation, and generations to come... and it all went back to your father's dedication and love.

May his sweet angelic soul rest in sweet peace and harmony forever.

It is with great sadness that I tell you my father Albert Goldsmith has died.

It is with great sadness that I tell you my father Albert Goldsmith has died. He died at 8:50 PM Est. time he was in his own bed and Annette, Freda, and I were in the room. Freda was helping him in the bedroom and I was in the living room eating my food. I did not expect him to go tonight.

This is going to be one of the hardest times I ever go through, but I must also remember the great times we had and for the times we shared.

Albert Goldsmith had a positive affect on me and on thousands of people so many that I'll never meet all of them were I to live Three hundred years.

Here is but a few reasons that Albert Goldsmith was and will always be a blessing to humanity.

He accepted people for who they were and never rejected anyone. Who among us can say the same?

He stood up for civil rights in the sixties and even before that he marched in civil rights marches.

He befriended those who had nobody else he always had words of hope for all the people he met and he made you know that you matter.

He loved everyone and though he was a Democrat most of his life he voted for Independence, Democrats, Republicans, and Consumer party candidates when he believed them to be the best person for the job.

He even taught a former Governor’s wife.

On Humanity Matters where he co - hosted with Lenell Jones III and myself he and Lenell endorsed Barack Obama and Albert told why he favored

Barack Obama.

He taught thousands of people over his life span teaching for over sixty years and volunteered to teach anyone who asked him and never took money for it.

Then when he had his 90TH birthday I was shocked to see that he was thrown eighteen different birthday parties all over Pittsburgh and even one just outside of Harrisburg.

I'm Albert Goldsmith's son but many, many people will feel his passing and I think many tears will be shed. I know I have shed many already, but in a larger sense Albert is teaching me a few more lessons one that tells me I must keep going forward and live my life even though without dad it will be very hard.

He made sure I knew he loved me even as he was very sick he told me and others he was proud of me and called me a wonderful man. He told others and myself that the work I am doing is important, but he is the one who inspired me every day since I have known him. I am not wonderful, he is. Dad, I'll go on and try to be half as good as you, but it won't be easy for you have inspired so many and have a compassion and heart few ever have. I will try, dad, I will try my best to keep you proud of me being your son.

This site has the voting records of both Senators Obama and McCain. You should review these before you vote! For those who would say that my post had no facts and they know who they are.

For them I say you must not be so unwise as to think that I would make a statement without being able to prove it. While it is true that often I don't provide the proof in my post the fact remains that when I am free and have the time I do provide the facts.



As for McCain, the fact is if you watched the debate it was McCain himself that acted like women use the health issue to get abortions and it is my view that one can not lead a nation when one acts as if some Americans are important and others are not.



But, I ask you not to trust the judgment of me or any other person. Rather, I ask you to review John McCain's and Barack Obama's voting records for it is there that you will learn each fact in detail.



In closing: This election will have a direct impact on our future for many years to come if you doubt my words consider this. Laws that have been written and brought to the courts still affect us today and many of these laws were written Forty to Two hundred years ago. This election is too important to ignore or to not vote be you a supporter of McCain or Obama you must act on Nov - 4 -2008 your future and the future of this nation depends on you.

The facts! About Obama's Tax Plan.

The Facts
Sen. Obama had been campaigning outside Toledo, Ohio, on October 13 when he met Joe Wurzelbacher, 34, who works for Newell Plumbing & Heating Co., a small firm in the Toledo area. "I'm getting ready to buy a company that makes $250-270-80 thousand a year," Wurzelbacher said."Your new tax plan is going to tax m more, isn't it?"

Obama explained his tax plan during the roughly five-minute exchange — telling Wurzelbacher that the tax rate on the portion of his income that was more than $250,000 would be increased from 36 percent to 39 percent. But he also mentioned that his plan includes a 50 percent small-business tax credit for health care and a proposal to eliminate the capital-gains tax for small businesses that increase in value. Obama said his tax plan, which he said focuses on bigger breaks for people making lower incomes, would be good for the economy. "If you've got a plumbing business, you're going to be better off if you've got a whole bunch of customers who can afford to hire you," he said. "Right now, everybody's so pinched that business is bad for everybody. And I think when you spread the wealth around, it's good for everybody."

Wurzelbacher said, "The reason I ask you about the American Dream, I mean I've worked hard. I'm a plumber. I work 10, 12 hours a day and I'm buying this company and I'm going to continue working that way. … I'm getting taxed more and more while fulfilling the American Dream.

In an interview with CNN on Thursday, October 16, Wurzelbacher said he had misunderstood Obama's plan and that the company he wants to buy makes well less than $250,000 a year — which Obama says means his taxes would not be increased.

The Verdict:
Misleading. McCain's remark was an oversimplification of a five-minute-long conversation. Obama replied in great detail about his tax plan, and the "spread the wealth" remark was one small part of the conversation.

1, It has permissions that all Americans can lose their rights to a fair trial.

2, When we start denying rights to anyone it is we who become the same as those we oppose and defend against.

I speak about the dangers of this card including the identity theft catastrophe that this card will create!! A little information about this Real ID Card. After 2011, "a Federal agency may not accept, for any official purpose, a driver's license or identification card issued by a state to any person unless the state is meeting the requirements" specified in the REAL ID Act. States remain free to also issue non-complying licenses and IDs, so long as these have a unique design and a clear statement that they cannot be accepted for any Federal identification purpose. The federal Transportation Security Administration is responsible for security check-in at airports, so bearers of non-compliant documents would no longer be able to travel on common carrier aircraft without additional screening[12]. People born on or after December 1, 1964, will have to obtain a REAL ID by December 1, 2014. Those born before December 1, 1964, will have until December 1, 2017 to obtain their REAL ID.[13] The national license/ID standards cover: ? What data must be included on the card; ? What documentation must be presented before a card can be issued; and ? How the states must share their databases. Strictly speaking, many of these requirements are not new. They replace similar language in Section 7212 of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 (Pub.L. 108-458), which had not yet gone into effect before being repealed by the Real ID Act. McCain also voted in favor of this law! Which does not work in the way most Americans believe it to work whereas most take it to mean only terrorist and foreigners can be tracked or arrested the fact is all Americans are effected by these laws. Data requirements Each card must include, at a minimum, the person's full legal name, signature, date of birth, gender, driver's license or identification card number. It also includes a photograph of the person's face and the address of principal residence. It is required to have physical security features designed to prevent tampering, counterfeiting, or duplication of the document for fraudulent purposes. In North Carolina, these new security features include a hologram of a map of the entire North American continent.[14] John McCain voted for this law, Obama did not! John McCain voted for the Military Commissions Act of 2006 which took away Habeas Corpus (You know, that little trivia civil right to an attorney if detained or arrested) ?2008 Albert Torcaso All Rights Reserved

Clip 4, The extreme dangers and suppressions that the Real ID card puts on All Americans and the fact is most states have signed on to this law because they were threatened that they would lose funding from the federal government and other penalties. The burden on states, which have to redesign and remake state licenses and include all manner of information on citizens applying for new driver?s licenses, would be extremely high and immensely costly, since they would have to restructure computer databases, security systems, verification measures, and more.? What does that mean for me? Starting three years 2011 from now, if you live or work in the United States, you'll need a federally approved ID card to travel on an airplane, open a bank account, collect Social Security payments, or take advantage of nearly any government service. Practically speaking, your driver's license likely will have to be reissued to meet federal standards. The dangers of the bill are spoken about by myself again and then it is a time of relaxation. Albert Torcaso says Obama and McCain must be asked these questions.

Senators McCain and Obama our nation’s people have been losing their constitutional rights to civil liberties, freedoms that we hold sacred. Will you repeal or revise in conjunction with Congress such laws?

• Military Commission 2006 Act, (MCA)
(Suspends Habeas Corpus)

• FISA, Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (Allows Wiretapping on any American and gives Telecom Companies Immunity From lawsuits and charges that laws may have been broken It also takes our privacy away.)
• Real ID Act (Requires all Americans to have a national Identification Card)
• The Patriot Act ( Has many provisions that erode or freedoms)

In the name of security new laws have been passed in the last eight years that effect and limit our constitutional rights to the following.
1, Privacy
2, Unlawful and unwarranted search and seizure
And other laws. As President will you repeal such laws?
