Hello,
to all who visit my blog, listen to my podcast, watch my television show,
friends, family and fans. If you are wondering why I have not posted the most
recent episode of Humanity Matters Television Show nor have I created a
Humanity Matter Podcast which airs live on Talk Shoe Dot Com. Or why I have not
answered FaceBook Messages, Twitter and the like, it is because due to lack of
funding I have lost many necessities. As of late, I tell you this for a reason
one is so that you know I am physically okay, but financially in severe
critical condition and need to find funding to pay down my bills and restore
what I have lost. I am not asking for hand outs, but I do need some help
therefore, I propose a partnership of sorts if you are able to help me in
exchange for me helping you in a sense we will call it bartering.
What
I have lost.
- I have lost my satellite TV service (Dish Network. By the way, they are the best service out there by far.)
- Internet Access (I try and get Free Access At The Library.)
- Home or Land Line Phone.
- Cable TV.
- Transportation. My Transmission died and now I have no vehicle to get to and from appointments.
Now,
I'm taking a chance on looking non-professional by telling you this, but what one
should understand is there are a few reasons I am telling you.
- One: Is to see if we can form a partnership, which could benefit both of us and possibly help us earn some money.
- Two: Is to inform all who visit here or search engine administrators that this is still an updated and active blog that will continue to be updated with new content at least one to three times a month.
- Three: To let you know that I am alive as is Annette and to let you know that I am looking for ways to regain all that I have lost each day and not allowing myself to become depressed or give up.
- I want to inspire you to always find ways around obstacles as I have and although I lost internet, phone, transportation, I found another way to still get online at least once each week and keep you updated.
As
for new episodes being uploaded, I may have a way to upload the clips, but at
this point, I can't get to the station in order to transfer the episode from
one format to the other. Thus, I'm unable to upload any new episodes at this
time. One thing I will tell you is this. That by mid December you will have two
new episodes online which will be linked here and at YouTube for you to enjoy.
How do I know I will be able to get transportation by then? Determination and
not being willing to be without it.
A
question you may be asking yourself about me. Why can't or won't Albert go out
and get a job? Answer. A bad back as well as lack of transportation and funding
to get to and from the place of employment.
Solution:
Use my talents as a talk show host, podcast host, photographer, domain owner.
To help you to advertise your product and or services. I can offer you low cost
advertising and you will have the benefits of having a real life talk show host
as your pitchman.
Now,
I would have you and or your products talked about on my podcast programs and
the package could include videos of your products as well as photographs that
can be placed on some of my online sites. With regard to the television
program, we can't advertise due to laws governing public access shows. However,
your package could allow you to speak about your product in an informational
way without advertising it on the public access show. The advertising can be
done through the podcast and other means.

America at risk! By Albert Torcaso

If democrats agree to a deal that has no tax increases to the rich we need to not vote for them in November. If the democratic party is willing to allow the wealthiest Americans to not pay their fair share in taxes and on top of all of that even receive money back as well as allow corporations such as GE to make 101 billion dollars, pay zero in taxes then receive a billion dollars of our taxpayer money then my fellow Americans we have no representation in Congress at all. We have no champions who protect the following groups of Americans.
- Senior Citizens
- Middle Class and middle class working Americans
- Union members of America
- Disabled Americans
- Retirees who earned their rights to medicare, social security,retirement and financial security.
- Impoverished Americans who are 150% to 700% the federal poverty line.
If we can't have a real balance in Washington in our government where they work for what is best for all Americans we are faced with a much larger problem than a debt celiing. We, in fact, are faced with what are we going to legally and peacefully do about political system where only the extreme wealthy, and super corporations are having access to our leaders. Laws written solely benefit them and have them not only pay little or no taxes, but also receive billions of the tax dollars that you paid into our tax system each and every year of your life.
Fact: You pay your taxes
Fact :GE paid no 2009 taxes, but received 1 billion dollars from the US government.
Fact: Chevron paid no 2009 taxes on a profit of 45 billion dollars.
Fact: The Oil industry has received more than 30 billion dollars in subsidies while paying little or no taxes on top of that they have made record profits since early 2008.
Fact: Exxon Mobile, and Royal Dutch Shell have combined to make an amazing 18 billion dollars of profit and that is in the second quarter alone.
BP made 5 billion dollars even after the cost of the oil spill clean up.
Conclusion: If democrats have no will power to force a fair compromise on these issues and are weak on all others. Americans, both republican, independent, and democrat must realize that we are being made to pay the cost for every bill and for everything in America while both parties take money from all industries and allow them to not pay taxes, move out of America, outsource and harm all Americans as a result.
Solution: Demand a new party, or two, new politicians, new way of doing business new lobbyist reform laws ban all lobbyist money to all members of Congress, their staff members, as well as any money or donations to their families, and or businesses.
New election: rules and new ways to vote for those who are elected.
There should be a only one national primary that would consist of all the current democratic and republican caucuses and primaries. In this way, it would be a more fair way for Americans to elect their leaders.
Campaign Reform: Require all national elections and or those running for US Congress or US Senate to receive money from the government and be required to accept it. They would receive 25,00 to 100,000 per campaign and not be allowed anymore money or donations from anyone no individual, corporation, union, nor special interest of any group. In this way, would have a level paying field for all candidates and we would keep all moneies out of our elections thus ending all commitments and or favors or influence a candidate may have to a contributor.
If we apply some of what I have laid out in this note then we can legally and peacefully regain and reclaim America. We can regain our futures, jobs, careers, savings, health, power, credit, and morale, but we must start to do this now because it is all to apparent that Washington DC. does not see us as human they see us as numbers, as people to work for them and to also buy all the products that are sold. And while you work to feed your family they keep taking away money from you either by taxes or by inflation. They allow all this financial harm to come to you while at the same time letting the huge corporations of the nation and world pay little or no taxes at all and to top it off, they give these deadbeat corporations that paid nothing billions of your tax dollars.
How do you feel knowing that GE made 101 billion dollars, paid zero taxes and received 1 billion dollars of your tax dollars from our us government?

America Has Heroes Let Us Honor Them.
We need to honor our veterans each day by taking upon ourselves the task of being a true patriot. This can be achieved by taking the time to help other people, groups, or even our entire nation by getting involved in some way. It could be by helping a person learn a new skill. Example: driving, different types of math or sciences or reading. Maybe you can help a person get to the store or hospital. Maybe you can sign a petition to improve education in our nation. No matter what you do you should do it now and always so that your life may be enriched as theirs can also be enriched and finally all Americans can truly know what it means to be united and patriots of this great nation and planet. Our nation, indeed our world, is counting on you to stand up and say yes, I will help yes, I love our heroes. I love America and our planet. U.S. Veterans took risks everyday that most cant even think of. Wont you honor them by becoming a champion for America as well? Mr. President Lead As I Know You Can. By Albert Torcaso
I wrote a portion of this on the petition that I signed.
Mr. President, you're hurting Americans who voted for change, not pain.
You need to stand up to republicans and say no to cuts in medicare, social security, and medicaid.
Ways to lower our debt as well as bring in more revenue.
· Stop all tax incentives for outsourcing or moving businesses over seas.
· Give tax incentives to corporations that bring back their manufacturing factories or production facilities to the United States of America.
· Give tax incentives to corporations that are creating innovative technologies and that sign a commitment to produce their new products in the United States of America and not move their factories for a period of at least forty years.
· Create new types of manufacturing plants in America and bring back industries such as steel that has for the most part, been produced overseas for the last thirty years and again, give tax cuts to companies that return home.
· Stop importing 40 to 90 percent of all our nation’s products.
· We must start negotiating with industry leaders and unions in order to once again have America lead the world in manufacturing and inventing new technologies as well as amazing products.
· Tax those who make two hundred and fifty thousand dollars or more at a higher tax rate or at least end the tax cuts of President Bush’s administration.
· Reform the tax codes so that we have equal percentages of taxes for the poor, working poor, middle class, upper middle class, wealthy and the super wealthy.
If some or most of these were to become policy and the law of the land it would do many things. It would in effect, help us pay off this debt, provide jobs as well as careers for millions of Americans which would bring hundreds of billions or trillions of dollars of revenue to all forms of government over the next ten to one hundred years. I know,
Mr. President, that the elections of 2010 was a bad turn out for the democratic party, but most progressive democrats retained their seats or were newly elected.
It Is time, Mr. President, to be bold and stand up to those who would put our fellow Americans in even more debt, take away their safety nets, end home heating and electric bill payments’ help.
Mr. President, if you change course and stand up for what you believe in and return to the A Change We Can Believe In Philosophy, I will support you; speak about why you should be re-elected and what plans you have for your second term.

I want to start this episode with a sad announcement my cat,
Alaysia Beloved Torcaso, died from cancer. Four days after the taping of this episode Saturday, April 9th 2011. That makes nine animals that I have had who have passed away since 1989.

As you know most of the time I list most of what is covered in each clip, but I’m going to reduce the information on each clip in order to have you be able to learn the information by watching the clips and in order to not spoil the surprises in each clip.
