Flo Rice is now with angels.
Flo Rice had been in many roles, but always had time to help you out. Flo Rice had fostered over Two Hundred children and kept them from getting into trouble.
She also featured local youth talent on her show and I was counted among her friends which was a great honor. How much was Flo Rice loved?
That is an answer that will never be known, but her long time friend a fellow producer Nora Rose Parker came back to Pittsburgh to be near Flo when Flo could use some cheering up and help.
Flo may be gone, my fellow Pittsburghers, and my fellow Americans, but the lessons she taught us live on and now we who remain here on earth must do our best to seek out love, justice, equality, compassion, and fairness for all just as Flo Rice had done and maybe just maybe one day we will be among the angels as she is.
