Explore Hi-Tech Sports---------- Hi-Tech Vehicle Zone
Carnegie Science Center
One Allegheny Avenue
North Side
PCTV will be at the Science Center on the following days and times
Friday Oct 13 5:30pm-9:00pm
Saturday Oct 14 10:00am - 7:00pm
Thursday Oct 19 9:00am - 5:00pm
Friday Oct 20 9:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday Oct 21 10:00am - 7:00pm
Can you volunteer 3-4 hours on any of the above days or time?
PCTV will create a one or two-person self-controlled TV soapbox booth. The booth will have two cameras with a switcher/monitor and a person is able to decide which angle they want while having two minutes to rant about a science or art topic. A different question will be asked each day. The compilation of answers will be produced and eventually broadcast on PCTV. There will be a monitor so people outside of the booth can watch and "hopefully" draw them into the exhibition. We are encouraging Free Speech and public community-oriented discourse to show that community media is in the hands of everyday folks.
Interested in volunteering call 412-322-7570 to add your name, day and time to the volunteer list
Community producers who volunteer are welcome to distribute any flyers or brochures pertaining to your show.
